Returns & Refunds
- Custom-Made Items: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- Non-Custom Items: If you have purchased a non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. This applies to both custom-made and non-custom items, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and meets our return policy criteria.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14- days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue to assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include:

- A refund (if a replacement is not possible)
